Bywong Garlic

Chris Fowler started Bywong Garlic as a boutique producer in the Canberra/Queanbeyan region in 2014. Growing mainly varieties in the Turban group – Oriental Purple, Roy’s Purple with Deerfield Purple [Rocambole group], and also Elephant garlic the crops are grown chemical free. Stock is usually available from late December to March or April but the Elephant can extend into July or August and all are sold at smaller local markets or Bungendore Food Lovers.
