Chris Fowler started Bywong Garlic as a boutique producer in the Canberra/Queanbeyan region in 2012.
Growing varieties in the Turban group – Oriental Purple, Roy’s Purple with Deerfield Purple [Rocambole group], and also Dunganski [Purple Stripe group] the crops are grown chemical free.
Stock is usually available from January to April or May but the late season varieties can extend into late in the year.
