We are a family-owned Garlic Farm in Freshwater Creek, just 10 minutes from Torquay and the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. Established in 2010, we have grown our own seed stock and developed our garlic farming business with great enthusiasm.
With a temperate climate, moderate winters and an average rainfall of 22 inches or 550 mm a year we grow the garlic variety Italian Late, a soft neck garlic with a robust and rich flavour. The medium to large sized healthy, plump bulbs keep up to 8 months after harvest and are full of flavour. We are dedicated to growing the most sensational organic garlic for your kitchen and your customers' kitchens.
The next season's garlic will be available from the end of December 2015.
