Sassy Garlic organically grow (not certified) 5 main cultivars at our property, in the rich soil of Sassafras, in North West Tasmania. Our nutrients are natural composts, natural fertilizers, seaweed extracts and clean Tasmanian Air. Our cool Tasmanian Climate is excellent for producing Premium Garlic with plump bulbs, full of intense “Sassy” flavor. Our Cultivars are: Tasmanian Purple Sassy Purple Australian White Spanish Roja Dunganski We will be able to supply from November thru until September (or until stock runs out).
