Garlic
Our garlic varieties include Purple Monaro, Italian late, Spanish Creole and Dunganski. Our varieties were selected for their ability to thrive on our high altitude property (1240m) with cold frosty winters and snow, lots of rain and rich, volcanic basalt soils.
In addition to our fresh garlic bulbs, we produce black garlic, dried garlic powders and pickled garlic.
