Business Info

We are a family-owned Garlic Farm in Freshwater Creek, just 10 minutes from Torquay in Victoria, Australia. Established in 2010, we grow culinary garlic for the retail and wholesale markets.

With a temperate climate, moderate winters and an average rainfall of 550 mm a year we grow the garlic variety Italian Late, a soft neck garlic with a robust and sweet flavour that is good with everything. This variety has a storage capacity of up to 8 months after harvest. Our garlic stores well from December through to August/September. Bulbs are medium to large size with 15-20 cloves per bulb.
