We are a small family farm based in central Victoria. that has been in our family since 1926. We have been growing garlic in a commercial capacity for past 5 years. We use rotational grazing principles, compost, wheat straw and reusable drip irrigation to maximise water use efficiency and increase soil carbon, with seaweed and worm juice to improve soil quality. We aspire to use regenerative principles as much as we can and keep waste to a minimum with the focus of delivering best quality.
