Dr Binh Nguyen; Adjunct Research Fellow & Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Vegetable Production School of Agriculture and Food Sustainability from the University of Queensland will present her research on the effects of genetics, environment, and mineral-nutrition on the allicin concentration in garlic.
