We have Turban, Marbled Purple Stripe, Standard Purple Stripe, Glazed Purple Stripe, Porcelain, Rocambole and Elephant Garlic (Hybrid) varieties available. Our strongly bolting hardneck types grow the best in our unique microclimate.
We also grow from all the other sub groups but in our unique cliamte and elevation we have trouble growing those and have reduced the amount of varieties we grow until they acclimitise for a few years in propagation.

Business Info
Small scale commercial farmer growing over 50 cultivars in a cool climate and high elevation, many of which are rare and heritage garlic varieties using no till/no dig methods and grown naturally using organic principles.
We grow on two properties in the Snowy Monaro Region of NSW and also source additional stock from other small growers in cool climate regions to offer a one stop shop for our customers, which helps save them on postage costs as they can source all their garlic goodies from one location.
